TWiP 420 – Fashion & the Northern Lights. Hey TWiP Army, by the time you listen to this episode, I’ll be somewhere on the Hawaiian island of Kauai enjoying myself with my girlfriend! That’s the main reason why this weeks episode consists of two fantastic interviews I recently did, with two different photographers operating in polar opposite genres.

The first interview is with Ronn Murray. Ronn has made a name for himself by creating amazing gallery-worthy imagery of the Northern Lights… aka the Aurora Borealis. Not only does Ronn brave the frigid temperatures of Alaska to get these amazing shots, he also regularly leads workshops where he teaches other photographers the nuts and bolts of how to shoot the lights.

The second interview is with soon-to-be TWiP Host Steve Brokaw. I first met Steve in person while attending one of Valerie Jardin’s Parisian workshops — and looking at his work, you can see that he’s not only very passionate about fashion and model photography. But he’s also an excellent photographer and technically minded artist.
