About Martin Bailey

Martin Bailey Photography K.K. is our company name. The K.K. stands for Kabushiki Kaisha meaning “corporation” in Japanese.

Martin Bailey is a nature and wildlife photographer based in Tokyo. He's a pioneering Podcaster and blogger, X-Rite Coloratti member, software developer, and educator.

Fueled by his passion for nature and travel, and a tireless desire to share his knowledge and artistic vision, Martin is a popular international tour and workshop leader, helping photographers from around the world to experience and capture the wonders of this awesome planet we call home.

He had five pieces in the Viaggiando Immaginando exhibit in Italy in 2005, and a solo exhibition “The Nature of Japan” in Aoyama, Tokyo, in Dec 2010. He also displayed 10 large format prints in a solo exhibit at Canon's Headquarters in Tokyo from April to Sept 2018.
