This week we are joined by San Diego wedding photographer Sara France who recently spoke to photographers at WPPI in Las Vegas about how she built the team behind France Photographers. When Sara wanted to expand her business to include Associate Photographers, she found that the word “Associate” was perceived negatively by clients. Determined to see her “Associates” thrive, France redefined the landscape of expanding to other photographers, while maintaining the personal client experience that defines her brand.
