This week we’re delving into a bit of a heavy topic but one that is important for wedding photographers to think about. Many of us are solo entrepreneurs who run our businesses by ourselves for the most part. But what if something happened to you tomorrow that prevented you from being able to run your business? Do you have a plan in place for someone else to run your business while you’re unable to? What would happen to your clients?
This week we're going to talk about succession planning and things wedding photographers should be doing to safeguard their businesses in the event something happens to them and they are unable to run it.
