Jefferson Graham is a photographer & Los Angeles based technology columnist for USA TODAY, and the host and producer of USA TODAY’s Talking Tech video series. Tech is seen on USATODAY.com and Gannett TV stations, including outlets in Phoenix, Minneapolis, Buffalo, Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Portland.
Graham is the author of nine books, including “Video Nation: A DIY Guide to Planning, Shooting and Sharing Great Video.” Other titles include “Vegas: Live and In Person,” “Come on Down: The TV Game Show Book,” and biographies co-written with the late TV producer Aaron Spelling, infomercial king Ron Popeil and manager Ken Kragen.
He regularly speaks to students and gatherings about multimedia journalism, and how to use simple consumer tech gear to make great looking videos. Graham has spoken @NYU, Ohio State, University of California, the Apple Store, B&H Photo, Samy’s Camera, PhotoPlus, ProPhoto Expo, the Atlanta TV Fest, the Napa Valley Film Festival and the Big Photo Show.
Graham is a working portrait photographer in Manhattan Beach, California and an accomplished jazz guitarist.
