Sony Reveals the A7s!

Yesterday NAB 2014 Sony announced the newest edition to their popular full-frame mirrorless line up-the A7S. In this video, Director of Photography Den Lennie and Sony Product Information Manager El-Deane Nuade  sit down with me just after the A7S launch event to discuss this new camera, and how it is positioned in the overall A7 line-up.

This camera is virtually identical to its slightly older siblings (the A7 and A7R), however many of the changes are on the inside – where it counts. The A7S sports an ISO sensitivity range of 50 – 409,600 as well as 4K HDMI video output, and professional video features such as 120 frames per second video at 720p, XAVC S 50MBbps, and an XLR audio input (via optional add-on).

Get more information on the new A7S over on Sony's web site. Also, be sure to check out Den Lennie's F-Stop Academy!
