Order one on Temu for ~$659 and it ships from a warehouse in Oregon. The rule says “banned.” Reality says “two-day shipping.” Who’s the ban actually protecting — and who’s it punishing?

2. Insta360 vs. DJI — The Street Fight. Becca Farsace joined the PetaPixel podcast this week to break down the action cam war, and her take was blunt: this is closer than DJI wants to admit. Insta360 is shipping faster, iterating harder, and eating market share while DJI fights regulators. Sony’s FX5 is grounded. Nikon’s cutting pro distributors. Canon’s sitting at 46% market share watching the chaos. Is the action cam crown slipping?
