Employing Chicago!

with Sheryl Holman

In this interview I get to interview… MY BIG SISTER! Sheryl Holman is the Founder and CEO of Community Assistance Programs, also known as CAPs in Chicago. She built the company over 20 years ago to help people get trained and back into the workforce, while also providing low cost labor to businesses around the Chicagoland area.

In this interview we discuss how and why she started the company, how recent changes to government funding has adversely affected her work, and how we all can help her succeed in her mission to put some amazing Chicagoans back to work.
