Photoshop Exploding Guitar Effect
Creating sophisticated particle effects, like explosions and sandstorms, from scratch in Photoshop is challenging and time consuming work. Fortunately, an Australian Photoshop genius known as SevenStyles has developed a clever, customizable action that makes short work of producing dazzling particle effects that look like they've been torn from a Hollywood movie poster. In this episode of TheFIX, Photoshop artist Mark S. Johnson shows how he uses this action to create a spectacular exploding guitar in Photoshop.

Mark Johnson’s talk was absolutely awesome. Thank you Jan for bringing him on Fix. Taking his advice, I did buy Sandstorm action & work on some of my images. I was pleasantly surprised as to what I could achieve without too many digital summersaults. Here is an image of a dancer.
