We're continuing our month of “Local Experts” with a special guest… Me! I asked Frederick Van Johnson to guest-host the show this week and interview me about one of my favorite places to visit and shoot.
I'll be sharing travel and photography tips for La Fortuna, Costa Rica. La Fortuna is in the shadow of the Arenal Volcano. It is a short drive to many “must see” locations in north-central Costa Rica, and it makes a great home base to explore this area.
Around La Fortuna you'll find photo opportinities like wildlife, landscapes, waterfalls and street photography. There are also lots of non-photo activities like zip-lining and hot springs.
