  1. On the positive side of the problems Andy had with Sony cleaning his sensors, Canon factory service can be far worse. I had to send my Canon 5D back three times because each time it came back from cleaning with MORE dust than when I sent it. The last time they actually removed the AA filter from the sensor and replaced it, and STILL sent it back with more dust than before. I gave up and just got used to cleaning dust spots in post.

  2. Wow! That is incredible. I never had such problems with Canon Professional Services, but it’s good to hear someone elses experience.
